On Tuesday 5th March, FAKRO entered Swadlincote’s annual Pancake Race in aid of Comic Relief. In 2019, Swadlincote’s race saw 32 businesses and organisations across South Derbyshire compete against one another for the golden frying pan trophy.
This year FAKRO will be exhibiting on 28th – 31st March at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show held at the NEC, Birmingham. In previous years, the event has attracted over 40,000 visitors and offers a fantastic opportunity for FAKRO to meet current and potential customers.

Working closely with the Loft Shop in Ilford, FAKRO are excited to announce they have been invited to participate in the grand reopening of their new store on Friday 19th October. Although the hot summer feels like it’s long since departed one small portion of it was relived recently for Rembrand Timber of Dundee. Although Scotland had no representation in the tournament, there was one notable success for the roof window and loft ladder stockist because they were the winners of FAKRO GBs charity world cup competition.

In its recent statements to UK construction titles and on social media Velux has made clear that it believes the European Commission has found in its favour against a ‘smear campaign by FAKRO’. Fakro believes that much of what has been said is untrue and highly misleading.
