FAKRO GB Strengthens Leadership Team, Reinforcing Commitment to Builders’ Merchants

5 November 2024: FAKRO GB, a global manufacturer of roof windows and loft ladders, is proud to reaffirm key roles within its leadership team, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting builders’ merchants and the UK construction industry.

Lee Jones continues in his role as Commercial Director, building on more than five years of experience with FAKRO. Expanding his leadership functions, he is focused on enhancing customer relationships and strengthening commercial operations to ensure that FAKRO GB continues to meet the evolving needs of builders’ merchants and their customers. Lee Jones oversees the sales team, product offerings, and pricing policy in the UK.

Phil Adams, with over 15 years at FAKRO and 30 years of experience in building product sales, remains in his role as Director. Phil Adams oversees marketing and post-sales services. His extensive knowledge of the industry ensures that FAKRO GB’s strategic direction remains aligned with the needs of the UK construction market.

Peter Jones, Finance and HR Director, has been with FAKRO GB for over 20 years, providing deep financial expertise and a strong understanding of both the business and the market. His leadership ensures financial stability and supports strategic growth.

Pawel Dziekonski, Vice President of FAKRO Global, has been appointed to the FAKRO GB Board and will play a more active role in shaping the company’s strategy. With a strong background in management and finance, having previously worked at Warsaw Stock Exchange, Deutsche Bank and Deloitte, Pawel Dziekonski brings valuable global insights and a focus on driving sustainable growth in the UK market.
