FAKRO CONNECT is a mobile application aimed at roofers and installers of FAKRO products, where points are collected and rewards are redeemed.

The collection of points is done quickly by scanning the QR code placed on the nameplate / ID plate of the associated product – example below:
The equivalent points will then be added onto your account automatically.

Employee’s will be able to scan the QR codes, and points collected will be delivered to the account of the business owner/company account. Individual employees will not be able to exchange the collected points for prizes.
The employer generates a link with an invitation to their employee’s e-mail address. The employee then registers to the application using the link.
To generate an invitation, the employer should go to the “My team” tab –> “Invitations” and enter the employee’s email address.
After successful registration, you must confirm the email address provided. To do this, you need to open the email provided, on the same device on which the application was downloaded, or you can activate your account by entering the activation code sent in the email manually.
Open email and enter the activation link on the smartphone where the FAKRO CONNECT mobile application is installed.

They are valid as long as your account is active.
You can request the deletion of your account by emailing connect@fakrogb.com , however if you do not access your account for 24 months your account will be automatically deleted and any points remaining will be lost.
