In the smallest village of The Netherlands, Persingen, an old farm was transformed into a dream villa. Take a look at this building with a large annex. This spacious villa is characterised by the use of beautiful FAKRO roof windows. Large glazing creates an oasis of natural light in this wonderful villa. In the roof, the greatest light comes inside on both sides of the bedroom through FAKRO high pivot roof windows with lower non-opening window (FDY-V/U U3, Duet proSky).Wooden beams have been added for some extra warmth and ambiance in the house. Roof windows come with pleated blinds (APF) to ensure good protection from sunlight.

The annex building has a large garage on the ground floor with an office and a room with an extra kitchen. The office provides stunning views over the garden with a swimming pool and the house. After a dip in the pool you can even use the sanitary facilities in the annex. There is a large attic space upstairs with a gym and additional storage options. In order to maintain the classic style of the building, the choice was made to use two FAKRO conservation roof windows (FTP-V/C).
