LTK Energy Loft Ladder

The LTK Energy loft ladder is a highly energy-efficient new generation loft ladder intended for energy-efficient buildings. They guarantee a high level of comfort, excellent thermal insulation parameters, and the highest class of air tightness (class 4 according to NEN-EN 12207). This ladder is ideal for buildings where large temperature differences occur between the upper floor and the unused loft space.

LWT Loft Ladder

The LWT loft ladder is a 3-part folding loft ladder with a wooden ladder and extra insulated hatch (U-value loft ladder = 0.51 W/m²K). It is specially designed for low-energy houses. It also guarantees the highest class of airtightness (class 4 according to NEN-EN 12207).

LWT Passive House Loft Ladder

The LWT Passive House loft ladder has been specially designed to meet the standards required for a passive house.

It has an insulation thickness of 7.4cm and hatch thickness of 8cm, and features the highest rating of air tightness - Class 4. It comes complete with the LXD insulation kit which provides the standard of tight insulation between the ladder and ceiling opening needed in passive house construction.
