Promotion open to UK Trade customers only, aged 18 years or over
Promotion available for sales of FAKRO FTP-V U3 and FTU-V U3 centre pivot windows and flashings - size 05 - made between 4th – 30th April 2016
Closing date for receipt of claims 31st May 2016
Customers can claim a £30 Love2shop voucher
There are no limits to the numbers of claims allowed
Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your claim-back
Promotion not available on any other special price supported business
All claims must be accompanied by proof of sale – a copy of your merchant invoice will be sufficient - uploaded via the online claim form
Claims which are illegible, incomplete or incorrectly completed will be deemed invalid
Correspondence will not be entered into
Products purchased in this promotion are non refundable unless faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected
Claims received via third parties or in bulk will not be accepted
Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions
