PTP - completely new window. A unique product of its kind with combined aluminium-PVC construction. Product designed for use in rooms with increased level of humidity, ie. bathrooms or kitchens. The window can also be used in rooms where the occupier expects to have white, easy to clean roof window.

PTP window is a centre pivoting roof window, made of multi-chamber PVC-U profiles in white and reinforced with steel profiles. Such construction ensures a very good stability and protects profiles against deformation. In the window, there also a new aluminium profile used, holding down glass. The profile matches perfectly with the window's exterior and ensures the product's durability.
The window is durable, corrosion and other weather factors resistant, and requires minimum maintenance. The material the window is made of does not absorb any humidity and exhibits a high resistance to acids and alkaloids.
PTP roof window is glazed with a thermo-insulating IG unit, using "warm" TGI spacer. The IG unit consist of 4H-16-4T, with an external toughened pane and an internal Low-E pane with U-factor = 1,0 [W/m2K] according to EN 674.
PTP roof window has a triple tightening system; clinging seal, border seal and also a seal in the profiles covering the frame sides.
Handle
New, white handle located at the bottom part of the sash allows easy operation of the window and also contains a two step ventilation system.
Externally the PTP window is covered with aluminium profiles, both sides covered with polyester coating, making them more durable and weather resistant. Trapezium shaped profiles are made of aluminium 1.0 mm thick, which results in higher durability of the aluminium elements, and better resistance to mechanical or transportation damage. Externally the PTP window does not differ visually from wooden windows.
A wide range of accessories is available for the window, internal as well as external, and are fitted to PVC profiles with screws. As the shape of the main profiles is similar to those in FAKRO wooden windows, the accessories fitted to window sash are identical both for wooden and aluminium-PVC windows.
The window is suitable for roofs with pitches between 15° and 90° complete with flashing. Each window comes with pre-fitted installation brackets to facilitate installation on trimmers in a roof construction. PTP window installation does not require any additional skills from the roofers, because it does not differ in any major way from wooden roof windows installation.
