top hung and pivot FEL - emergency escape

• Manufactured with pinewood, vacuum impregnated and finished with two coats of water based, clear acrylic lacquer. 
• Handle positioned on the lower part of the sash enables the window to be opened slightly, whilst a top handle serves to rotate the sash and to change the method of opening.
• Suitable for roofs with pitches between 15° and 55° (complete with flashing).
• Wide selection of accessories (identical to those for pivot windows). Adapted versions of awning blinds and roller shutters are available for FE windows.

The emergency escape FE top hung and pivot window gives you access to the roof. It can be opened in two ways. The outward opening function enables opening to 40° and 68°, while the pivot function allows the sash to be rotated through 180°, for cleaning the outer side of the glass. The large window size and the facility to open the sash up to 68° allows for access to the roof for maintenance or for use as an emergency escape.
